"Excellent experience" Luis Montiel was our sales asociate and he could not have been nicer. He was patient was my wife and answered every question with confidence even though the pre-owned car we were looking at was not a BMW. We also took a BMW of comparible price, year and mileage for a test drive and instead of the typical push to buy the dealer brand Luis could recognize my wife’s desire for the other car and assured her of it’s service history and remaining warranty. "Christmas Eve Emergency" I was out of town in Sarasota and my car was running low on coolant. BMW takes special coolant so we couldn’t find a store that had it and was open on Christmas Eve. I called this dealer and asked if they could help. They were closing within 10 minutes of my arrival estimated time and were completely booked until the following week. "Courteous, Comfortable & Competent" Carlos is easy to deal with, tells me what to expect before I arrive, gets me a loaner car if I need one & keeps me informed re progress by phone so I always know when the job is done. None finer than Carlos.

"Oil change" Arrived on time for my 10:30 appointment and had to wait for 15 minutes for the service advisor. Then I had to wait for another 15 minutes while they processed the paperwork for my loaner which I had confirmed the day before. My experience was different than my expectations. . When I made the appointment I was told that is was about a one hour procedure in reality it was 2 1/4 hours. The service was an oil change and inspection. They also washed the exterior.
