"Great experience today. " Needed some warranty work done on my Wife's 2 year old X3. I made an appointment and was told it would be about two hours. In less than two hours the car was done and it was fixed properly.

"Wishing for shorter visit" The facilities and amenities are lovely, but I just wish that a routine maintenance visit, with no complaints, did not have to take two hours. And I did not even get a free car wash, which would almost have made the wait worth it because some part of the car wash was broken!
