"Out of Towner needing service" With the year end being as hectic as ever I could not find time to have my oil changed on my 2016 5 series. After putting another 500+ miles to drive to Siesta Key (ouch) it dawned on me while on 75 South to call BMW of Sarasota and see if they could get me in. "Always Top Tier" BMW of Sarasota has a culture of excellence. Their communication skills are above expectations. I don’t ever feel like there’s a gimmic to their approach of the deal. They are very transparent and to me that spell high integrity. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2007 and will never ever visit another BMW dealership.

"Fantastic " Chris Siriphokha really did a great job at making us feel comfortable as he explained the 5 series cars. He took his time and did not rush us at any time. He introduced us to several people, stayed engaged throughout and arranage a ride for my wife to get back to house while I stayed to finish buying the car. The entire team at the dealership collectively made the buying experience very positive. People buy from people ... great job Chris!

"Roy was great." Roy was great and ultra patient. Whatever I wanted to drive made it happen. Upper management want you to know they appreciate you with no pressure to buy.
