"Simply the best" I always have the best service at BMW Sarasota. Quick and effecient and they do their best to get you out the door quickly so you can go about your day.

"Outstanding preparation, communication, and execution!" We called to inform service that our X3 was being flatbeded in for repair after expiring in the middle of nowhere! When we arrived service was ready for us, had a loaner car already set up, and service began diagnostics. Car was ready next day at the time promised, fixed and washed. No muss, no fuss, superb coordination!

"2007 328i power window repair " Used another mechanic to repair rear window regulators. Big mistake. Jessica quickly identified the problem, noticed they caused damage, and contacted them for reimbursement. Excellent!

"No waiting, fast service." Saturday got a Low Coolant alert on video screen. I was able to get home and then to BMW Service Dept. Monday morning without overheating. Also got an alert to change engine oil. Arrived early and my X3 was taken to service area right away. Coolant issue, oil change and scheduled maintenance was done in 2 hours.
