"Annual maintenance " Always a delight working with Derek. Continuously monitors the progress of the work being done and informs me! Work is always great and love the quick car wash at the end!

"Professional Service" Visited the purchasing dealer for my second routine service. Dealer personal were professional and courteous, the facility was clean and well appointed. It appears that my car received a by the book detailed service.

"Customer Service Galore" I’m new to Sarasota, so I did not yet know the best non-dealer auto service for my X-3. Went to BMW of Sarasota for brake fluid change and repair of peeling glove box cover. Was told glove box could not be repaired and would be $300+ to replace. After expressing my view that interior parts deterioration is what I would expect from a Ford Focus, not a BMW X-3, I was introduced to the Kyle, the Service Director. "Recall" Took my 2007 BMW 328xi in for a couple of recall items. While in also got my once a year oil change. Only 51 k on this beauty so didn’t need much. All work was done on time. Car was washed when I picked it up. From drop off to pick up everyone was friendly and courteous
