"Excellent Service!" I recently came in to have a tire replaced for our brand new X.3 that we had purchased from Eric in August. Carlos was abundantly helpful and got us an immediate appointment as well as had our tire replaced within a few hours. While I was there Mr. Eric Reves took time out of his busy schedule to touch bases with me and see how the car was working so far, and to tell me about a few amenities that I was not aware of. "Scheduled Maintenance" My visit was a fabulous experience. Sarasota BMW has a very professional, attentive, efficient and friendly staff. The entire facility is very clean and well maintained. My 528i was returned to me looking like it was brand new following a superb washing! Very Happy!

"Great people,great service" In and out in a timely manor. They took us right on time , were finished when they said they would be. Very comfortable waiting lounge with huge television and plenty of snacks and beverages.
