"Wonderful car purchase experience " We ordered a custom M4. Our sales associate, Jack Hojnacki, worked with us from beginning to end and made the process easy, pleasant, and seamless. He was readily available and promptly answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped us build our dream car. Everyone we met at the dealership was friendly and helpful. "Services representative (Carlos) was outstanding" The moment I pulled into the service garage someone was there to meet me. Less than 5 mins Carlos had me in his office going over what needed to be done and how long and of course, how much. During the diagnostic of the auto, a gasket leak was identified and repair to take an additional 3-4 hours. Carlos immediately had me in a loaner and out the door. Later that evening he called when he had the car completed and washed.
