"service dept" Carlos communicated well, was available promptly when i needed to talk and made sure the work was completed on time. Can’t answer about the quality, lets see after i drive the car for awhile.

"Carlos is aweome" I never fail to get impressed with Carlos when I bring my BMW into the dealer. He double-checks the status of my warranty, any recalls, and makes sure that I don't have any concerns. When he knows I'm in a rush, he works diligently to get me out in as little of time as possible. If service is going to take an extended amount of time, he always offers a loaner car. It is always a pleasure to work with him.

"Exceeded Expectations " First time servicing my BMW here. Drove to Sarasota from California and needed an oil change. Carlos Munoz was my advisor (and also the Assistant Service Manager). The vehicle was done faster than expected which was nice. Carlos took time to listen to my concerns without rushing and went through everything that was checked with me.
