I just want to say my service gentleman John who deal with me is a saint. I was in a foul mood the morning of my appointment and took it out on him. He kept his cool and treated me with the utmost respect. The next day I went to get my vehicle and he still was extremely nice to me. I apologized to him for my behavior the day before and still feel badly about the way I acted. Great guy, John. Eric in the rental car department was sooo kind and helpful as well!

I've purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the most pleasurable experience ever. Andrea Simomelli worked diligently to get me in my new dream car. Ms. Simonelli wasn't pushy, but followed up appropriately. She found me both pre-certified options, and then the "ultimate" vehicle - a new, black 650 convertible! I usually dread shopping for a new car but Andrea Simonelli of BMW of Sarasota made it a rather pleasant experience. As a former Secondary School & University educator, I taught Consumer Education for years. I can say without reservation that the professionalism shown by Ms. Simonelli from start to finish was indeed without any unpleasantness. we had a wonderful experience working with Ed from Sarasota BMW. I have leased many cars and this was by far the best and easiest deal that my husband and I done. John did a very thorough job with our service appointment. He went out of his way to inform us of the service details. Every thing was done in a proessional manner. Bought a preowned car via the internet. Communication with the salesman was excellent via text and phone. The car was ready and perfect on arrival at the dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful in the buying process. Would certainlybuy from them again in the future!

I had all the work needed done on my former BMW (trade-in) and I have great confidence in my Service Advisor and the entire Service Department to provide excellent work while I'm kept extremely comfortable. Morris, the used car salesman, was just as good. In fact, he did every thing I asked him to do which is what I have come to expect of this dealership.
