BMW Plano has always been a good experience with our family. First purchase there was 18 years ago. It shocks me to see any bad reviews because we have never experienced anything other than professionalism and great customer service. I'm referred many people to the dealership and they have all been happy with their experience also. And yes, hands down, Mr. Carlos Villegas is the best service advisor in the business.
