Recently bought my 528i BMW from Classic BMW Plano. I was fortunate to work w/ John Sojdei as my Service Manager. He was courteous, not pushy, honest, transparent and very easy to work. He helped narrow the best car options and pricing. The nice thing working w/ John was that he hits you with a genuinely good offer upfront and there is no price haggling. Love Classic BMW. The service that my Service Advisor Nicole Ellender provides is fantastic. I like the fact that we can coordinate via text and email which works best for me and my busy work schedule. I feel like Nichole works to make sure things are done right the first time.
