I’ve been a Classic customer since 2009! It’s many thanks to Chip Koestler, my service advisor, who makes my visits truly seamless and keeps me coming back. He’s a real stand up kind of guy and his attention to detail is above and beyond. I really appreciate him and Classic BMW for exceeding my expectations with each and every visit. I've been going to Classic BMW for years and I have never been let down. From the moment you walk in they are attentive and professional. If you have questions, you get answers. It doesn't feel like your typical dread of going to a dealership. I applaud Classic BMW for that. The personality of my service advisor, Carlos Villegas, is professional and funny. He made me feel like a personal friend vs being just another customer. He follows up and makes sure that his customers are taken care of and happy with their experience!
I have friends and family tell horror stories about taking their cars' in for service at various car dealerships. Frankly, I cannot relate to any of their stories and I feel very fortunate. Over the years, John Sojdei, has always been transparent, educated me and done everything the right way to ensure my car is maintained properly. It simply builds trust. I took my car in for service the other day and dealt with Carlos Villegas who was surprisingly a super pleasure to work with and I did not feel taken advantage of as most service guys do to females these days. Kudos to him, I will be bringing my car back!
