Went there for some squeaks or rattle noises. My service advisor are Byron and Zuhaib.(If I am not allowed tell the name I will erase them.) They know what is problems with my car and I took and sent the video clips about noises. They went ahead change all the hassle parts like sunroof sealing, put lubricant on squeaking parts. Everything was solved and plus on top of that, they went to change my battery :-) which is AWESOME!! Still it makes some noise on the e-brake but I can live with that! I've been purchasing and leasing BMWs from Classic BMW of Plano for over 6 years. The sales and service staff have been very helpful and they deliver what they promise. I would like to show appreciation to Samantha Prescott, my service agent, who takes care of me like a superstar.
