I had my first experience yesterday with Classic BMW in Plano. The staff was exceptional and I definitely recommend Samantha Prescott for your service advisor! I took my X5 in for some routine break work and left with my car in mint condition! San made sure the service crew did a few extra things I didn't even ask for! Based on my first impression I will definitely recommend Classic to others!
