Just bought my daughter an X3 and it was such a wonderful experience. BMW of Plano was a very welcoming place with no pressure to buy, but most importantly Bob Cawthon made this process a great one. His knowledge of the car, experience with customer service and most importantly listening to what the customer is looking for was great! After looking at, and test driving many brands of Luxury Cars, we returned to Classic BMW to purchase an M5. Our exceptional sales person was Michelle Alexander. Out of our many visits to other dealerships, she was the only salesperson who followed up on us in any way. She made the buying process informative, easy and fun!
