Chip Koestler is the professional BMW classic service advisor, he is polite, honest, friendly, know what he is talking about for any problem for my car and always explaining what is caused it . He is also do communication if my car done ready to be picked up ... I would like to give him 10 for his best job ... looking forward to have him at my next visit

Classic BMW is amazing! Bought a car from Jim Francis who was great and explained everything thoroughly and helped me understand everything. James Low is my service advisor and he is outstanding! Got my car taken care of in a timely manner and kept me updated on everything that was happening. They also have good snacks in the lounge while you wait for your car! I only take my car to Classic to get everything done. They have everything you need and more!!
