We had a very hard time with Service department. However, the General Manager John has Restored our Confidence in Classic BMW. John, my wife and I want to thank you and tell you "You Made Classic BMW GREAT AGAIN"!
Just got my 4th car from Classic and once again, it was the easiest thing I've done since the last time I got a car. Robin McCormick and his trusty sidekick Matt hooked me up and I was in and out in short order with a shiny new car.
I currently own two BMWs that I have serviced at Classic BMW. I'm writing this review to let you know how fortunate I feel to have Alexander Smith as my service advisor. Alex is honest, responsive, knowledgeable and generally a pleasure to interact with. The level of customer service he provides is first rate. The service received below was what I had experienced prior to the last 3 days. I had rated Classic BMW a 1 star based on my experience. I am now amending my rating to a 5 star due to these 3 people. Leanne McCants who intertied me. She has excellent follow through. If you are looking to purchase a car I would highly recommend working with Leanne. Service advisor I had was top notch. Ensured that I was comfortable and had all the amenities. The facility is huge and very clean. I wish the wait wasn't as long but they seemed to get quite busy this morning. Understandable given their high customer service quality. Lounge was stocked with all sorts of beverages and breakfast parfaits and fruit.
Very pleased with my buying experience and working with Pedro Gutierrez. This was my third dealership of the day and Mr. Gutierrez was very helpful and I got the vehicle I wanted. Thanks again!
