Possible misunderstandings on Cost for checkup on car and Chip took care of the situation better than expected. Carlos my service advisor was also very helpful in the service experience.

This dealership has always been top notch. I love going to Cars and Coffee on the first Saturday of every month. It is a great chance to mingle with the community and see some cool exotics. My next BMW will be from Classic.

Classic BMW is by far one of the best Dealerships I have ever been to! There customer service is second to NONE and really know what they are doing when it comes to performance, reliability, and drive-ability. Pat Arnold is one of the most knowledgeable guys I have ever met when it comes to ///M cars. My M-6 had a right rear flat. Had to truck it to dealer. My tire and wheel policy paid for a new tire. In fact, a nail was found in the left rear and it was replaced as well. My total cost $50! Get the tire and wheel policy!! A computer update was performed as well and I had a 528 as a loaner. I'm very happy with Classic and have total faith and respect for my service advisor Samantha.

Was very pleased working with Kelly Brian when shopping for my wife's new car. We weren't familiar with the BMW brand and Kelly was great at explaining the differences in the cars along with all of the features and gadgets in the car we purchased. The overall buying experience was 10/10 and the rest of the staff we've interacted with were all great.

Buying experience was one of the best ever. It was quick, cordial and no games. Eric was awesome and would definitely recommend him for the buying experience. The "encore" delivery was disappointing. I was expecting a goody bag, was supposed to have the car detailed and was looking forward to a tutorial on the options from a "genius." No goody bag for me, the car was washed, but nothing close to "detailed," and the genius explained "BMW Connected Drive" as a "bunch of cool apps you can download if you have an AUX cord."
