The sales team and management went well above my expectations and helped me get into a car I have always wanted. They went out of their way to make this an exceptional experience and were more than fair and reasonable during the negotiating process. Went in yesterday to test drive a new X5. Fantastic service provided by Michelle Alexander! Quite possibly the best sales person I have experienced during my search for a new car, which has included Mercedes, Porsche, Lexus, and Range Rover.
