Amazing Experience!! Best Service in Dallas/Plano/Fort Worth area!!!
Setting an appointment is a bit of hassle sometimes, but my service advisor rocks. He is always professional, responsive, and provides timely updates for any issue or matter that comes up. This is my 3rd vehicle from Classic and I'd never had an issue with the sales or service team, even my salesman follows up with me annually to insure everytime fine. I'm not sure what kind of customer service people are expecting, but I've owned other brands and better customer service only comes at a price.
Amazing people who provide excellent service. I've been a customer for over 15 years and highly recommend them all. From sales, service, administration, to management, everyone is friendly and ready to help you.
I'm not really sure why there are negative comments on this page at all! We have been treated like family, regardless of the issue. They are never bothered to see us, rather, I get free gifts for no reason at all! No need to go anywhere else or buy another brand, for that matter! Thanks Classic, we've purchased two cars there and I'm sure we'll continue to do business in the future! Keep up the good work!!
