We just moved to TX from PA, we've owned 4 bmw's in 6 yrs, my husband absolutely loves cars specially bmws, we wanted to trade in our X5 he went there and asked an agent to plz give him an estimate of trade in value of the x5, agent's answer was "u have to choose a car first, otherwise i can't do that" he was so rude! We were so disappointed because we've dealt with the BmW at PA and service and ppl were sooooo good we didn't expect it to be any different here. WORST service department ever. CUONG (head supervisor?) is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. Phone & email! I called for 8 days straight & sent 2 emails. No exaggeration. I had someone from the dealership SUGGEST I come in & WAIT for him. 2 employees told me THEY cannot even get a hold of him. That I should show up on a day the owner is there. Really? What about MY job? Like I have time for that? Will I be allowed off work to go & wait for people to speak to at a car dealership? I've brought my car in over 11 times for the SAME i... read more

Quite possibly the worst service center I've experienced, and not a one time thing either, very poor communication, no continuing customer experience. Just for starters.

I can't express my disdain enough. Service is absolutely pathetic. I would prefer driving 20 miles to BMW Dallas than to ever do business with these people again.

The fine folks at Classic BMW have proven again to be THE worst in customer service on the planet. After having our vintage model towed to them for diagnostics, they actually said THEY DIDN'T WANT TO EVEN LOOK AT THE CAR because it is more than ten years old. WHAT???? Now we're out the towing fee and still don't have the car even diagnosed much less repaired. They've solidified our resolve to never again purchase anything with the BMW brand on it. Wonder if local Dallas investigative reporters will tell our story... loudly.

Just moved here from Florida. Called to make an appointment to have the back window of my car repaired. The motor died. Was told that there were no appointments available and when there was one it would take at least two days to look at the car. Was also told that in the meantime I was welcome to rent a car from the car rental on site. This is my second BMW and I never questioned customer service from BMW. I am shocked at the way this was handled. Needless to say my car is not getting fixed and I wow need to find another dea... read more

I would recommend them highly because of the good selection of cars, but because of the importance placed on their employees, i wouldn't rate them high at all. Lots of employees are taken for granted. Maybe sales employees are treated exceptionally, but definitely not the employees more behind the scenes that actually work on the vehicles and don't just put suits on and try to sell you anything they can by being charming.
