Poor service and even worse cultural sensitivity!!
Wish I could give LESS than one star. I have had 5 Porsches and I have NEVER had bad service. This dealership cured me of ever buying a BMW product again. Sad for them I'm trading my car in for a new one and they lost my business! Other angry people at check out too because of the price gouging and horrible service. Don't see this dealership lasting long.

Crazy thing is I'm very particular about my vehicle. I can tell you where every imperfection is. I know the car inside and out, I hand wash it every few days and hand wax it twice a month just because it's getting to be a older car and I want to continue to get compliments from random people about the car. Mind you I took the car in for a diagnostic 45 minutes before my scheduled time of 10:30am. Didn't leave out until well after 12pm for just a diagnosis. Simple diagnosis! This was by no coincidence that I ran into another rude Service Advisor that knew nothing about Bmws, but acted all big. She looked at me, and immediately started talking down to me just because I was not wearing a suit and tie. She got all offended when I informed her that I knew exactly what service my vehicle needed, and there was no need for the $165 diagnostic. Then she tried to convince me that the "lifetime transmission fluid" meant that "it would last for a life time." So just I laughed and walked out of her office. ... read more

Terrible!!!! The more I have to deal with the service department the more I regret purchasing my vehicle. It's just straight up robbery! First or how my 2013 driveshaft broke is such a mystery to me but when I was told it had a 10 year warranty on it made me realize clearly this must be on ongoing issue. The service prices are OUTRAGEOUS! And then to add insult to injury my service person who didn't tell me that an alignment came with the driveshaft breaking wanted me to get new tires and then do another alignment just crazy... read more
Brought my 7 series in at 9:15 am for simple oil change, it's now 2:45 pm and they just brought it up. No wash, no vacuum. Today would be the day I brought my husband along because 'it shouldn't take long for oil change' ! I told myself the last 2 times that I'd never use them again, how easily I forget! Classic BMW set the appointment time, not like I just dropped by unexpectedly.
