Another "classic" experience from classic BMW - the worst dealership in the history of dealerships. This time I've been lied to, CHARGED FOR PARTS THAT WERE NOT REPLACED , avoided, and ignored. This dealership seems bent on showing how I am the problem or not BMW material. I would sell my BMW if this were the only place to purchase products and get service. It's like they are a restaurant. Everyone is very nice, however, when they spill your plate of spaghetti on your shirt, they are likely not to notice or apologize, but they will bring you another plate of spaghetti 30 minutes later, IF you try to talk to the GM, which you will not be able to do. Class BMW Plano Tx: DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC BMW PLANO: SIMPLY Disrespectful Bunch of Arrogant People I drive BMW's for the past 9 years, and now have the 640i. 0 Stars. There is a reason why I have not purchased any of the 10 BMW'S I have owned at this place. Their customer service anywhere from Sales through the actual customers service department has to be the worst in the country. BMW should be ashamed of having this dealership representing it's brand.

I am disappointed with them, I have bought 3 BMW's from them since 1997 and have never had the back window regulators replaced until my 2006 328i, the front ones are greta, why have I had to replace both sides and the passenger side twice in 3years? I am told its one of those things, and the best they could offer is 10% off on a 300.00 repair job. i give them credit for contacting me the first time I posted this, several days ago, but the USA headquarters hasnt responded, I am sad, this maybe my final BMW,certainly from them... read more

Their service is horrible and not satisfactory at all. I went there for servicing and they lost my part and now they are asking me to pay 50% for it. It is pathetic and totally irresponsible. They just look for your pocket, not customer satisfaction. My intention of this message is to highlight my frustration to BMW US so that they instruct them to improve. The party I am taking annoy is on the rear side where we tie another vehicle for towing. Classic BMW service is so frustrating.

After being informed of the missing part a month and a half later, we have worked to resolve your frustration by only charging $30 which is more than half price of the tow hook cover. So after $5,300 of service I get an empty tank of gas with 2 miles DTE and a new crack in the windshield indicating someone's been driving the car on the interstate???? I think not...
