Worst service ever! Dented my X3 and claimed it was dented when dropped off, not shown to my husband on drop off because it was NOT there! I'm so beyond mad, I have nothing but bad feelings about the quality of people that work for this terrible dealership! Have made me want to switch into another car just to not EVER have to deal with them again!

Anyone taking your vehicle to a recall fix, please be careful . Classic BMW know exactly how to screw up your vehicle and make it useless. They made my BMW X5 to change the engine after the recall fix. The whole service department including Chuong Nguyen - Service Director, are a very good team for lying. They know nothing other than lying and fraud. Be careful, if you have any issues after the recall please ping me. My advice will be VERY VERY CAREFUL and TRUST THEM 0%.

If you want your car to come back trashed to shit and with 10 more problems then before please visit our local classic bmw... I should post pics for everyone to see the real truth, and your service advisor lied they stole my battery and never put it back in the vehicle.. They claim they don't "ghetto rig" car's but I had to rip into their ass after my motor was missing a bunch of bolts and the shifter was left dangling with a black grease slapped against my tan leather seats inside lol... Firstly, I will never again do anything other than maybe (!)lease a BMW as it seems the self destruct button is activated immediately after the expiration of warranty. Second, Classic BMW charges you double what parts actually cost: thrust rod bushings - $167 ea. Vs $100 for two. Active diesel exhaust fluid tank: $1300.00 vs $738 (OEM from another BMW dealer!). I heard this company hire bunch young mechanics working on customers car to fuck up shit. My buddy took his 650i series for service they fuck up his car so bad it's not drive able.

Absolute worst "service". Been dealing with this dealership for the past 8 years and only keep going there because it is close to home. Service advisors are horrible. Never update you on your car, aren't there for scheduled appointments, etc. My husband even wrote a letter a few years ago to the owner and didn't receive any response. I left a message with the service director and he never returned my call. I wish Park Place had a BMW dealership. Classic BMW would be out of business in no time!

Customer service stinks! Still waiting to hear back from Randy Smith from July 1st, when he left a message saying I had to wait for the next time a rep was at their location. Service Manager, Chuong Nuygen, never called me back. Started to leave messages for General Manager John Cabell - still waiting. What happened to my post of picture of my 2014 X5 showing my window trim that has a milky discoloration on them? Still waiting . . .

Absolutely pathetic. The only 1800 number or contact center where wait time on a call actually increases. Have been on a call for 15mins listening to nonsense advertisements. Wait time increased from 2mins, 3mins, 5 mins and then went to voice mail.
