Robin Mc Comick -Sales person and Allen Rowes Manager should be be changed immediately. People like these bring bad name to an amazing brand. No respect for people and absolute hostile souls

Our salesperson was Milaad. We stopped by last weekend to test drive an X5 xDrive35i. We came back today to test drive an X5 xDrive50i, and he refused. He said we had already test drove an X5, and the 50i is $20K more than the 35i. He said it would cost too much for us, and they drive the same. There you have it. Our salesperson told us what car we could afford and wouldn't let us test drive the one we wanted to buy.

I absolutely love John in the parts department!!! I actually love all the part department people! Service is a rip off... took my z-4 in on a part that wasn't working on my headlight... when they replaced it prior.. they said that still wasn't the problem.. however for 163 dollars they could pinpoint the problem.. they comeback and say it could be the housing case,the bulb blah blah? Pinpoint means specifically not could be.. I told them I knew for certain it wasn't a 1400 housing case and that I would just take it home and ... read more

Pretty good experience. Love getting cussed out by a BMW tech in the parking lot because I was in his way to park his car after lunch. A+ customer service. Oh wait I was told I wasn't a customer so I needed to get out of their way. Guess I am not a customer because my parents two BMWs that are serviced there and thus why I came there to have a wheel repaired. Business will be going to a dealer with class from now on.

Have got my Car for servicing at 8:15am today morning with a scheduled appointment. Still waiting for almost an hour now in their lobby to get a Loaner or a Rental. Unbelievable !!!

Normally, our oil change customers love to hang in our comfy customer lounge due to the short wait. On Tuesday, 7/12, I called about my 335i being part of the Takata air bag recall and was told I would be given a loaner until the part came in - and scheduled for Friday, 7/15. Called at Noon on Friday to confirm but then received a call at 2:30pm from Alex Smith saying that the loaner program had been cancelled...even though there wasn't a set date for the airbag replacement! So the program was cancelled between calling to confirm at 12pm and 2:30pm? Give me a break. I still went in at 3pm hoping it was some sort of mistake... read more

Classic BMW has the worst service ever. The give BMW a bad name. First the technician back in my brand new 2016 M3 into another car. A month later the issues have still not been resolved. From bad paint job on the new bumper to breaking sensors on the bumper. The list goes on and on. The technicians are bunch of amateurs who probably hate their job and are not interested in fixing the car who they damaged to begin with. Absolute nightmare with these people.
