I absolutely love coming the Classic as my service advisor John Sojdei is so honest and kind to me. Though I drive a 2013 BMW he still treats me as if I’m his top priority, and it shows that he is a dedicated individual. You rock John!!
A few times coming into Classic for my regular maintenance wasn’t the most pleasant time. Although I asked for a new service advisor and they assigned me with John Sojdei, he was so extremely kind and respectful it totally changed my perspective of Classic. The best I’ve felt with in a long time
I recently was in the dealership to service my x5 BMW, and for the first time I was assigned with John Sojdei as my service advisor. Never have I felt so satisfied with the amazing service he gave me. We need more people like John in the car industry.
In 2017, I bought a certified pre-owned 328i for my son, who had just turned 16. Since that time, he has brought his car in for scheduled service and some additional issues. I can not say enough great things about your Service Advisor, Randy DesCamp. He took the time to work with my son, helping expedite his service needs and educate him on what to pay attention to for future scheduled work on his car. I worked with Carlos in service and what could've been a bad situation turned into a great one. He helped me resolve my repair issues and get my lease ready for return. And I will tell you, I was frustrated when I initially thought the price was going to be extremely high but Carlos takes care of his clients so if you go there, make sure you see him... no seriously ask for him by name!
