Carlos Villegas is super friendly and detail oriented! He is hands down THE BEST!
I wanted to let everyone know about what a great guy Carlos Villegas (in the Service Department) is, but my wife beat me to it. I have found that many men think that if a beautiful woman walks in to a dealership, she must be lost or waiting for her husband. He treated her with the upmost respect and I would recommend him because he is such a pleasure to work with.
I have used Chip in the service department at classic BMW Plano. I would highly recommend Chip in service and this dealership for quality and location.
