We’ve been taking our BMW to Plano Classic for 2 years now. Since we first took it in for service, Jim Brooks has been our advisor and he is wonderful! He is always professional and courteous. We’ve had to have the car in for repairs couple of times and he has taken care of everything. From dealing with the warranty company to getting us a rental or loaner. Ask for Jim!

My wife Karen and I have owned BMWs for the last eighteen years while living in San Francisco, Minneapolis, and now Dallas. The service we have always received on our cars, in warranty or out, has always been terrific. We moved to Frisco, Texas in 2008. BMW Plano is where we have purchased and had our cars serviced for the past 9 years. The special attention our service rep, Jimmy Brooks, has always given us every time one of our cars need service is one of the reasons we own them. BMW of Plano is simply the best!
