I was not pleased with the purchase of my 2018 M3. After puting down a $2000 deposit to hold the car, I was rushed to make an immediate purchase. It was over Christmas time and I only asked to hold the car for one business day as the dealership was closed for Christmas. I had to leave my family and drive an hour to the dealership for the sale on the 23rd. Loyal long time customer of Fields. However my recent purchase and lease was a fiasco. The bait and switch was played. They had a vehicle which we were looking at. Great monthly rate. Seemed all Salesman were busy, asked a couple what the criteria on the red tags meant. They didn’t know. So the first vehicle was a lease turnaround, salesperson nickeled dimed us mileage, and tires. The facility is focused on driving volume and revenue. Quality, Accuracy and Effectiveness are non-existent. Service Center will damage your vehicle and deny all knowledge of doing so. Service Managers are out to protect their business and cover over their liabilities. Read the Google reviews, Facebook posts and Better Business Bureau complaints against Fields BMW before you do ANY business here. It at ALL possible go to a reputable Dealer and Service Center. This is my personal experience over the past several days at Fields BMW in Winter Park, FL. The sales tactics are amateurish, the prices are high, and the disclosure of fees are, at best, unethical. You should shoot for 6% off MSRP whether buying or leasing, and I was told I was 'lucky' to get 3% off. I had to plead my case to a sales manager to get to 4%. Then I realized I had choices. I emailed the Internet Manager to set up a Appt. for a Test Drive in a new BMW 7. I asked Mr. (will not use his name) not to have any emails sent to me. What happed?, well guess what, he did. I said in my email to him if this happened I would not come and buy a car. Please remember I made it clear in my email to him that this was not to happen. After receiving an initial discount on a vehicle we saw in their website and assurances that they will not lose our business over $1,000 we drove 80 miles to purchase the car. To say the least, they never honored the price they committed in writing via email.

Matt Stephens is a huge asset. He is one of the main reasons I continue to go there. The gentleman you have serving food while people wait was horrible. I had my kids with me and he gave attitude that they wanted to eat a sandwich. I informed him they haven't had a sandwich because he stated it was one per person. I told him to count correctly before speaking. Then he brought out the sandwich with no lettuce or tomato for my kids. I asked him if they ran out and he said yes. This was a maintenance visit. The staff and crew were wonderful! I don't think you should require a limit. I am done with writing anything.
