"No one cares about you or your time. " I made an appointment for my 2011 535i a week ago for 8 am. I arrive on time and they tell me I'm due for rear breaks. OK, fine. "Theives Didn’t contact me or Lienholder properly" Sent certified letters to 14 month old address in Georgia to myself and Lienholder and they had my current info as my car was registered and plated in Florida but yet claims they sold my car but dmv says it’s titled to Fields BMW. Theft of Title by deception! Law states last known address which you idiots have and you lie to gain my title and not contact my Lienholder you send them a certified letter to my old address I had not lived at for 14 months. "Service" I did first service for my 2018 BMW X3. Shaun Debose was my service supervisor. He is good. Only the problem was they didn't clean inside the car, this time. Left the inside carpets unclean.
"Problems Within 10 minutes of leaving my service appointment" On Jan 3 I had an appointment with Marco to investigate an oil leak and see what he could do about a loose front gril. The car was running fine. A loaner car was arranged for me to use while my 2013 X5 was serviced. I appreciated that very much. I picked my X5 up on January 8 at 11:00 am and paid $3290.54 for gaskets, a valve cover, some maintenance and replace the grill with new. "Supposely did a diagnostic for more than 1000 to my vehicle" Dropped the car off at the dealer, for a Diagnostic, which was going to run about 150$, left it there, got a call from the service advisor who I will not name, and told me that we need it to open the engine, and that it was gonna run about $1000 accepted, never got a detailed reason for diagnostic, dealer was horrible communicating, I went on vacation they tried to put a lien on my car ended up costing more money, only to recieve the car home and it was never touc... read more

"Unacceptable wait time " This by far was the most unacceptable customer service I have experienced at any car dealership. I’m very upset after having an apt at 8am and not getting my car back until after 5. I also called and text to get a status but no real response. Do better.

"Worst experience!" They put dents in my brand new car, took out the driver profile & were not able to rebuild it. Added two additional trips back & forth because they were not honest about denying my car and screwing up my preset stations, profile, etc. I was not offered any thing to make up for the inconvenience & the damage to new car. Terrible customer service....seem rude even when the mistake was made by them. Today, the car was not even washed and I have been waiting for 1 1/2 hours. Farhad Shahbazian
