"My 2006 M3 convertible's "routine" second passenger..." My 2006 M3 convertible's "routine" second passenger airbag recall was somehow screwed up. Now there is a ten-day wait for a part from Germany. No real explanation so far. No real apology either. They did provide a rental Rogue, which isn't quite the same driving experience. Called service manager Richard Gaffney who said he would investigate what happened and get back to me. That was four days ago. Still waiting. Stay tuned.

They take a bad situation and make it worse. They are rude, arrogant and dismissive. I read bad reviews before buying from them and wish I would have listened. Staff is rude and management is worse. Would not buy from them again.

"Not a good experience" Bought a X5 CPO. A/C seems to be defective. Onlly 1 car key was provided . I traded in my car and they did not even honored the appraisal offer that I got from their own website (Bmw Field Winterpark)!!
