"Car pulling to right after service work was preformed a few " Service provider straight up lied to me. This is the second time with 2 vehi9that I have had issues. I would have thought spending a $120,000 on a car I would recieve better customer service. This was the reason we switched from Mercedes to Bmw. Very very disappointed in the way thing were handled.

"Had a car under contract and sold it to another" I worked with the online salesman, had a nice car picked out. Applied for and got a loan, was told I did not need to place a deposit as it would be funded within the same day. After signing the loan, sending them a $2000 deposit, they call new and tell me the car just sold to someone else. Are you kidding me? "Not the best" Service is too expensive for what you get here. They send you emails all the time for coupons and anytime you try to use them they say oh you can’t use it on this. Service usually takes 2 and a half hours for oil change and courtesy wash. The people work there are very nice but the quality for the price isn’t worth it.

"Unhappy" Nothing but disappointment at this location. Disappointment with service department and the policy this location has.Would never purchase a car from Field’s will not even interact with anyone from Field’s when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle which I am in the process of doing.

"Finance Dept Inept" I purchased a Used BMW this past Saturday, July 25, 2018, and the finance department advised me I have a credit score of 829 (with 850 being high as it goes). I was advised I was approved at 3.8% rate for 48 months through a local credit union. I advised when I looked online the rates were much lower and I was advised to just sign the contract and contact the credit union on Monday. "Key not delivered" Overall experience started out grea, however it turned sour when I requested my missing second set of keys 2018 330I on several occasions over a one month period. I actually bought two new vehicles Still waiting Daniel Finn Majed where is the missing key?
"Worse customer service! Will never buy another BMW" We drove an hour to have 2 recalls fixed and have it serviced . After waiting over 5 hours we get into the car and the service engine light is still on . When I asked Chris my service guy why this wasn’t fixed he replied you didn’t ask us to !!!! Very arrogant ! I will never purchase a BMW from this delarship !

Very Disappointed with Fields BMW. Misrepresentation on selling us 2 cars. Very frustrated with Sales, Managers, District Manager, GM, and Owner. Total Misrepresentation. They sold us 2 cars, had more service issues than actually enjoying the cars. Sold us on a Select Program, car builds negative equity until a balloon payment is made at the end in order to own the car. It took almost 5 months to get no resolution. My service rep was awesome. Situation was I looked for my Rep but he was gone from his desk and so I asked another guy, his desk is closest to the service door. I asked him that if it was ok if I left with my key but they had the remote for it to be safe if I went home until my car was done. Very simple question.
