I visited their parts department on two occasions to buy parts. They were very friendly and willing to help. Parts were expensive even with my BMWCCA discount, but I guess I'm just use to wholesale and online prices. I dont really feel like typing a whole lot cause I dont wanna relive the situation.... But basically my car stinks(BRAND NEW 2004 bmw325ci) its a lemon noone wants to replace it for me....I have it brought it into the shop about 6 times in 9 months for service....
