I have been visiting Otto's BMW since 2014 thinking I will get other Employee than Beth. I told last year its time to replace brake pads and as usual she responded its good, now My brake pads got rusty just after buying new car and less than 3 year old. Never listens to customer. Today was my last day here. If you ask for regular warranty covered items that needs to be replaced she rejects them and Today I have to pay big to replace some of the parts because Brake pads were not replaced when I asked for.

Unfortunately your pads and rotors are not worn to replacement level. You front pads measure 9/32 front and 8/32 rear. Rotors cannot be replaced due to rust as a result of infrequent use. Terrible experience at this dealership. After having negotiated a deal next day a bait and switch was tried to another car. Management was unresposive when they finally did they were arrogant and dissmisive. You don't need this place there are plenty of reputable BMW dealerships around.
Bought a 2007 BMW 335i. Within 2 weeks the car through a reduced power warning. Still have not been able to figure out what is wrong with it. Then... everytime it rains the passenger side gets flooded with water so now the car smells terrible! My BMW specialized mechanic said the car has a lot of problems that the dealership clearly knew about. Its a lemon! This dealership has no consideration for their costumers. Thank you for making me write my first review EVER! I am the most easy person to deal with, ya know the type who wont even send bad food back. But this story needs to be told. So in short, I took my car in for service and thought to myself not look into a leasing a new vehicle? After 30 minutes of getting nothing but MSRP quotes, with 7K out of pocket I decided against the notion of doing a new lease. Worst customer service ever, had gone in to price a key fob and had a service person damage my working key fob by pushing buttons on it for no reason; service manager was rude. Owner, was even worse; had treatened me after demanding me to take down my reviews on Yelp and Facebook. Customer Beware
From the time I entered this store until the time I left I never felt pressured, it was all about what can Ottos do for me? It was all about me and my needs and how can we help you? Could not finish the service work as promised originally. Charged $100 more for 4 tires rotation and balance but afterwards the wheels were still in the same position. Called for answer but insisted tires were rotated. Anyone think that is possible that the shop would just rotate the tires without rotating the wheels?? Third times using this dealership and not sure will come back again.

In 2012, my wife and I recided to purchase a new X5 diesel. We emailed various dealerships to get their best price for the vehicle in the options that we wnated as we hate the bait and switch that they love to do. The two frontrunners were Thompson and Ottos. Even though Otto's was nto in USAA's network, they honored thier price and was about $1,500 cheaper than Thompson. Since then I have brought both my X5 and M3 for service. So, I wanted to share my recent experience with Ralph Nofsinger @ Otto’s BMW. While I was disappointed when I initially arrived at Otto’s and was not greeted, and after 30 minutes of browsing without any engagement by a salesman, I had to ask someone (who was Ralph) for assistance.
