I met Heath when I stopped by Otto's to get some paper work for the servicing of my BMW. I mentioned that I was interested in getting a sports car as a second car. He told me of a Z-4 at Otto's other location that I might be interested in. He arranged to have the car brought to his location for me to see and test drive. I liked the car and Heath and I negotiated a price that we both could live with. Heath never once made me uncomfortable and never pressured me regarding the car. The service experience was excellent from start to finish. Work was performed quickly too. I brought my car in for one specific item and asked that they look at two other things which I didn't think were much of problem; more of a nuisance. They diagnosed and fixed all three issues. Since the car was under warranty this was at no cost to me. Other dealerships may have just given the items a cursory check, but not here. I was very impressed.
Heath Cameron is an outstanding employee who provides the highest level of customer service. My husband has been doing business with Heath for several years and I just swtiched to him from Lexus. He represents your company well and should be commended for his service. We wouldn't think of doing car busienss anywhere else.
When you visit an Otto's BMW dealership, whether it's for service or to purchase, it quickly becomes apparent that everyone there understands the BMW culture and tries in every way to relate to the customer's experience with the vehicle. Basically, I feel that I have personal advocates at the dealership. Another nuance is the display of BMW heritage. Otto's always has a restored BMW Bimmer or Bemmer on display. I enjoy knowing that Otto's has a keen interest in the mobile tradition of BMW's and the experience to back it up.
Having been to many dealership service departments in my life, I can honestly say that Otto's rate as 'World Champions' in our book. The folks at Otto's provide exemplary service with friendly, courteous and profesional customer handling. I have been using Otto's BMW for more than 30 years, both buying and servicing my cars (seven to date). I have always found the staff there to be friendly and efficient in their treatment of me.I feel that they have always given me a good deal when I have purchased a new car from them ( I checked!). The fact that I feel compelled to take the time to write a review of a car dealership is reason enough to visit. My experience at Otto's was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. I have purchased many BMW's over the years and have had many New Vehicle delivery experiences and I must say this is by far the Very Best Experience I have ever had.
