I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. As a first time customer and a customer with very little knowledge of the BMW, the salesman Adam was very helpful. He gave me the BMW101 class like a college instructor. He never pressured me into buying a car and he did not take advantage of the fact that I only had limited knowledge of the product that I was inquiring about. "Extra mile to deliver during the pandemic" I visited Otto's in February and ordered a custom vehicle. The vehicle was constructed in March and I followed its progress on-line. Unfortunately, Pennsylvania ordered a shut down of non-essential businesses. The vehicle was delivered to the dealer during the shutdown. Once Pennsylvania allowed dealers to close and deliver vehicle sales, I was contacted right away, we scheduled a closing, and I was able to take delivery efficiently, given the dire circumstances.

"Back in 2 weeks" So, I didn’t expect to be writing another review so fast. Last one was about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, my new car was totaled after 5 days of ownership. Rob Madden had sent me an email asking if I needed help with any features of the car. I emailed him back telling him what happened. Waste of time. No problems with tom but dont like the tactics ised. They advertise good prices but offer much less than wholesale price for trade in hoping a customer is stupid enough to cave in.. While i was waiting for the salesman to price my tradein, i also had the unfortunate experience of listening to two different salesmen berating their clients. One of them very rude to the customer telling him to make his mind up and the other on the phone telling a client that if he cant make a 1000 on a deal, it is not worth his t... read more

It's no news that BMW sales are in a slump & that the manufacturer is pushing their dealerships to boost sales. The laws of supply & demand don't apply at Otto's. Don't expect a good deal from them. In fact, they are usually the most expensive when doing price comparisons. Save money, go elsewhere.
