No more services Moritz BMW in Arlington! Because, no car rental if you are not buy car from them :) Awesome nice facility Grapevine BMW and while not services here!
Very disappointed in the loaner car they tried to give me. It was a base model with no navigation system, which I needed. Ultimately, I ended up returning the loaner car within 15 minutes and asked for my car back. I ended up making an appointment to take my car to another dealership early this week. On the flip side the customer service was good and the new facility is very nice.
