I bought a BMW M6 from the preowned sales department. We came to an agreement on the price. The tires that were on this used vehicle were horrible. So I agreed to buy 2 new tires if they would put 2 new tires on the car. So I was happy. I just took the vehicle into Classic BMW for a small repair. Come to find out only 2 of my tires are new. I have only drive 5k miles since I bought the vehicle. Now I am having to replace 2 tires. By keeping there word on the work that is being done on the cars while in collision. Very disappointed
Disappointed in the customer service. Looking to purchase , had one salesman a week later he was gone. Had another sales person, took the car overnight. Had an appointment to pick the car up our salesperson was with another client handed us off to someone else. Had appointment to return the car and discuss , he again was with another client. Said he would email us with some options , it has been over a week since we heard anything.
From the moment I bought my car here and continuing my experience with service I have to say this is the worst dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of buying a luxury car from. Maybe you should stick to selling rebadged Chevys, Toyota’s and Nissans instead of selling and servicing a true luxury brand. We’ve usually had great experiences here, but today was utterly awful. Made our service appointment over a week ago with a request for a loaner because we drive 2 hours to get here...get here and there are no loan vehicles and we have to wait for over two hours for 1 oil change. If you’ve never sat for over two hours with young children, let me tell you miserable doesn’t cover it. Went in to see the new BMW X3 today 7/6/19. My wife was wanting to buy one. I guess we didn’t look like BMW people. Not one person came up to us and asked if they could help us! We were offended and left. WOW! So much for the Sewell experience we have heard so much about. I will never step foot inside another Sewell dealership - EVER!
Just left the dfw dealership worst customer service I stay for 30 mins not one sale person even walked up and asked if we needed help or if we had questions. Guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere
Made a reasonable offer and they countered with sticker price. Hours and days later they call wanting to “make a deal”. I’d expect this out of an everyday used car lot, but not BMW. Not very becoming of the brand name.
