I went to Sewell to look at a BMW after leaving the Audi dealership across the street. I wanted to compare the 2 before making a purchase. My husband and I arrived at Sewell and went inside, we walked passed several people. We must have been invisible because not a single person spoke a word to us NOT ONE WORD! We walked outside and started looking at what was on the lot. never deal with this salesperson Ryan Harris ...after he sell you the car he will NEVER talk or take care of you again .
No communication. Terrible customer service. Mediocre service and ridiculous labor hour rates. Will never get my car serviced here again. They had my car for minor collision repair for over 3 weeks and not one person called me to update me regarding my vehicle- not once. When I came to get my car nothing was done. No paperwork, or anything! I am currently still waiting for my car and I’ve been here over an hour. Absolutely disgusted in their service. Will never recommend.
After a rocky sales start, a better sales finish. The other two starts will depend on how the service experience goes, but for now, yes I would refer a friend to the dealership.
Waited 20 minutes for a salesman to be free. Then, he takes us to the wrong floor of the garage. Then, he leaves if for 15 minutes, so he can get keys. Comes back, no keys. Tells us he has to go look for the keys in another place, and would we like to see a different car instead. Told him that would be fine. Waited another 15 minutes, for him to come back and say he still could not find the keys he needs. We waited another 10 minutes and went down the elevator. Met him as we were leaving.
