It saddens me to feel inclined to write a negative review like this, but I feel as though this is the only way to share my extremely disappointing encounter with this dealership and recent sales person experience (I won't mention his name out of respect). I’ve been taking my 2013 car there for service for years, including inspections. Today suddenly it won’t pass inspection because the window tint is illegal. They didn’t say that last year when it passed inspection there or the year before that or the year before that. Yes, it’s passed inspection there for the last three years in a row, however now suddenly it’s illegal. No, I have done nothing to the tint of my car and the tinting laws of Texas have not changed. Horrible experience with the service department. They don’t honor the appointments, did not keep the loaner although was already requested and damaged the front right wheel of my X7. I bought two cars from them within a year, but regretting now.
I cannot explain the amount of disappointment I always have coming to this dealership. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and I had mentioned to the service advisor about two weeks prior that the check engine light had turned on, we replaced the part that needed to be replaced and the light turned off but there were still some shaking coming from the engine as well as the RPM was fluttering so I asked her if she can have a mechanic look at it.
