I ordered my fourth X1 from this dealership in December and paid for it in advance. They thought delivery would be possible by the end of December . That changed to early January, which changed to mid January that changed to late January. Then the model was part of a recall to replace a part. I was told it was an easy fix. I was supposed to get an update on Feb. 8th and nothing happened. Still silence from the dealership and half of the month is gone. Service department is bad. Might as well take it to a local garbage, they’d do a better job. They can’t fix a car correctly; it shouldn’t be void of water in the radiator. Or, run like crap after the radiator’s reservoir is replaced.
