The X3 3.0 xDrive has been a pleasure to drive, especially after configuring the driving modes to suit my preference. Bruce Lincicome offered me up a nice deal for this SAV. Only hassle for now is that my phone , which was synced at the dealership, will now not sync. Also, the auto tailgate does not seem to function. We have been driving BMWs since 1992 and have no desire to drive any other make of car. We have had excellent service with BMW Northwest. We have had Ron Hansen as our salesman for over 20 years and he is the best. Our service representative has been Dave Quinn and like Ron, Dave is the best. We have had no negative experiences with the dealership or "our guys".
I have taken various cars to BMW Northwest for many years for service and have always been impressed with their service. A few weeks ago I bought a CPO 2017 X1 that had been a dealership loaner car. The purchase process was nearly painless. (I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years and so I know what the experience can be like.). I’ve been enjoying my new car, since. Thanks.
I recently had my wife's BMW in for a problem with the air conditioning unit. I was given a new BMW to use while they worked on our car. The service was completed quickly and I was able to use a warranty service purchased from other than BMW. The staff was friendly and professional. I would certainly refer my friends and associated to BMW if they needed service. So lacking in other car dealerships, I experienced excellent customer service.
Leased an i3 at BMW Northwest, then 30 months later bought the i3 outright! BMW Northwest provide great customer service.
Terrible service department. My 2013 X5 diesel was taken in for recall work and the check engine light being on. They did a diagnostic and found that the pressure converter EGR valve ($150 part) needed replaced and quoted me $1000 to replace it. They continued to tell me that my extended warranty did not cover the replacement because it was part of the emissions; however my extended emissions warranty did not cover it through BMW because they claim it is not part of the emissions. It was pretty busy last 2 times I came in in the afternoon, although I did find coming in the morning wasn't as busy. They do however heave a great waiting lobby which offers a variety of refreshments. IT DOESNT MATTER CAUSE WHEN YOURE UNDER WARRANTY EVERYTHING IF FREEEEE INCLUDING MY OIL CHANGE 🙌🏾🤙🏽🏽

We took our newly purchased X5 into the service department this week. It had an oil leak that ended up being the result of improper maintenance on the car prior to our purchase at a different dealership. Austin helped us out a lot. He was very professional, communicated with us well and provided us with the best service possible. Austin and the BMW management went above and beyond when they didn't have to, which is why we will definitely return with future maintenance as well as vehicle purchases.
