I purchased my X5 in April 2014. The sales personnel were fantastic. I have very rarely had to take it in, except for routine service. Recently I took it in after I received a call from BMW NW telling me they had received a message from my car that routine maintenance was needed. David Quinn was my service advisor and he did a great job getting me in and out in a shorter time than I expected. I lease a 328i GT and I love it! It’s so much fun to drive even in our weather. No cost maintenance. My favorite thing is I get a call when I need to bring it in for service so I don’t have to remember anything!

I have purchased two X5's from BMW Northwest and have had the best experience there. The sales and the service are exceptional. Communication is consistent through email and phone calls. Darren Jury helped us through the purchase of the latest X5 and Aaron Shrenk walked us through the final service. Thank you all. Oh yeah, and Annie (genius) showed me a few new features that were different or new and put my license plates on in the rain.
