I bought my first BMW 335i over 2 years ago certified pre-owned from them. I had nothing but electrical problems. I knew I had to do something. BMW Northwest truly cared about what I was going through! The sales manager, Chris helped get me into a newer vehicle with many more years of warranty and a great trade in value! One of the best car buying experiences I have had, and I have had a lot of cars! And I even bought this one sight unseen over the phone and email. Awesome! Would recommend this dealership to anyone and will endeavor to buy my next car there in spite of being 1200 miles away!

Our 2018 M4 is our second purchase from BMW Northwest (our first was a 435i). We are very happy customers. Ron Hansen, our Client Advisor, is the best salesman we have ever worked with. He always returns calls and keeps us informed. The service department and other employees are excellent as well. We feel very valued and plan on purchasing our next car at BMW Northwest.

No loaner vehicle provided as they had my car for a week in the service department and no courtesy car wash as was previously discussed it would be washed. Im in the market for a new car and will be taking my business elsewhere.
