Called about a newly listed M5 last Friday and asked for a bunch of information. Was told they would get back to me and they never did. Fast forward to today and it's been sold. Genuine interest in the car as it was the correct color and interior and in a rare combination. Failure to communicate lost a guaranteed customer.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are full of sharks and schemers! i took my 07 BMW 530i for a cooling like. They kept my car for 10 days while and gave me the run around about when it would be ready. Then when i got it they had completely BROKE various things inside like the slide out cup holder and pieces to the bottom of the seat! I leased a 2017 320i xdrive from BMW Northwest. Fourteen months and four thousand miles into the lease, while stopped in traffic, I was hit from behind by a 4x4 pickup going about 35 mph (distracted driver). The truck plowed over the bumper and into the trunk, folding it like an accordion up to about six inches from the back window. I've had my X5 for several years now and it has yet to let me down even after a few months using it as a company car and abusing the heck out of it. Every time I show up to BMW Northwest I'm met with top rate service and customer care. I'd rather make the drive from Yelm to Tacoma for a simple oil change or car detail from this location than use any other service shop or car detailer closer to my home. It's a dealership that I actually enjoy spending time at.
