I love this place.. my family bought 2 cars in here , I was looking of getting the 3 rd one yesterday when I came in but , the sales representative where not able to convinced me , I guess he is new and not too eager to get my money 🤣🤣🤣🤣

The Best Service Department. My Service Advisor Jonathan Buckley went above and beyond. The only BMW Place where you can take your car in to get it fix and don’t have to worry leaving with another problem like BMW Seattle.

BMW Northwest continues to be favorite dealership. I will be picking up my new 2017 230i coupe tomorrow, Wednesday, May 7th. Ron Hansen has been our senior advisor for our past 3 BMW's, and he is an expert at what he does. The service I have had on my BMW's has been exceptional. I always look forward to Rick Knoll addressing the service needs of my car! In all I have purchased or leased 6 BMW's from BMW Northwest. BMW Northwest is a classy and first class dealership!

I drive a 2003 that had an airbag recall. I had not coordinated for an appointment but since I found myself in the neighborhood and with some free time, I stopped in at the dealership thinking I would make an appointment in person. Turns out they were able to get me in that very hour. In fact, the car was driven into the service bay within 15 minutes of my arrival, and the work was done about 90 minutes later. All employees I met were top shelf.

I own a 2012 550i which I purchased from BMW Northwest. I've had it in for two service appointments there, one for maintenance and one for warrantee work. Both went very smooth. Service advisor Keith is very helpful and knowledgeable. The work was done quickly and well. In addition it gave my wife and I the chance to look at new cars in their showroom. It's always a nice place to shop. And my CPO buying experience went well last year. Thanks Jimmy.
