The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the cars are no longer washed at time of pickup. Tony was terrific as was the service and communication. The video of the inspection is very cool.

I purchased an oil change package when I purchased my car from my lease with 14k in miles, spent a fair amount of money on it. Was never informed that it expired after less than 2 years. I never used one oil change. And I’m only at 22k in miles now 2 years later and had to spend $600 for a service that I paid for but never used. When I talked to 2 people who were higher ups they were a bit condescending and said did I think it went on indefinitely? Everything went well and Charley was efficient and professional. My only disappointment is that I expected the usual car cleaning, as listed In the work order but did not receive it. I was told i would get a coupon for a detailing but have received it.
