Everything went well and Charley was efficient and professional. My only disappointment is that I expected the usual car cleaning, as listed In the work order but did not receive it. I was told i would get a coupon for a detailing but have received it.

Just about everyone in the facility, other than the gentleman who opened the door as I drove out, seemed disinterested in the people around them. I got the impression they would prefer no people were there so that they could concentrate on the "important" stuff - paperwork and technology. They go through the motions - That's at best - average.

The actual Service was fine once it was done. The lack of communication was troubling- it’s a new 2023 car. Was thinking only 1 day. It was in shop for 4 full days. I understand everywhere is short staffed, a phone call wound have been all it took. Was told a call would be made with update, no call made. Car was returned unwashed or vacuumed as it states it was done.
