Tim is fantastic. A+ Had a sensor problem 24 hours after taking possession of brand new 2023 X5 and its still not resolved. Getting a bit frustrated.

Had an issue with quoted service needed post oil change inspection. Manager worked with me to help retain our repeat business. Service coordinator was pleasant and easy to work with. Like most in the service industry, they appear to be in a rebuild phase. Hoping they’re able to provide a high quality experience long term.
