Superb Service Center Rebecca in the service dept. was fantastic- a real pleasure- couldn't ask for a better team of Service Writers anywhere- They even have a pleasant Service Manager Miles.

Easiest Car Purchase After looking for a Certified Pre-Owned BMW 4 Series Convertible for ~6 months, we walked in to BMW of Cape Cod one Saturday morning to be pleasantly greeted by Danielle. We were offered a complementary beverage and were connected with Joe Martin within minutes. Lessons from the BMW sales team I run a couple of small businesses . In those businesses (of 20 years) we have grown 90% on customer referrals. So I consider myself pretty sensitive to how the customer is treated. The team at BMW dealership could not have done a better job in making the buying experience more relaxed and low pressure. Excellent Service from James James was a tremendous help from the first time I called him several months ago. For personal reasons, I was unable to get in to the dealership to exercise the option to purchase on my X5. Stellar customer service As single business woman I normally I hate the car buying process. This experience was a refreshing departure from my previous experiences.
