Great care This is the first time I used BMW of Cape Cod. Had a great experience; and since we ordered a new car; had to wait a couple of months to receive it. James Carbonell and Paul Capparella were a joy to work with. Highly recommend them.
A walk in the park! My client adviser is Tim Muldoon who in my opinion could not have been more professional, knowledgeable or courteous making the whole process effortless. Also had a very positive experience with Richard Harrington/Finance, Brandon Pavlakis/Tech Guru and Bela Rua/Admin. All of these team members in my opinion are a true asset to the Premier Group.
Pros from start to finish From the client advisor, Ben to the general manager, Nick and the finance manager, Rich and also Bella at the front desk - total pleasure to work with in this process. Then spending time with their BMW Genius, Brandon was also very helpful. After having purchased 2 vehicles and also servicing at BMW of Cape Cod (Myles, the service manager is the best!!) I’ll continue to come back, they care about their customers and do a fantastic job.
Buying a car with no stress My exerpience at BMW of Cape Cod was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a car . I took 4 months of looking for a new car and went to multiple dealerships and looked at 30 to 40 different cars. Which provided a lot of I erred back and forth. Hassle free transaction After some very challenging experiences with other dealerships, working with Tim Muldoon at Premier BMW Cape Cod was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, honest, upfront and ZERO pressure. He was committed in finding the right car for me without being pushy. Outstanding experience with honest staff I initially test drove a used 2015 535i that was at Cape Cod BMW dealship however I went to BMW of Shrewsbury looking to save a few dollars on the same make, model and color (big mistake). Great experience! I had a fantastic experience when buying my new car! Tim was excellent, easy to talk to, and I felt like he actuallly listed to me. Great car buying experience. I bought a used vehicle from Cape Cod BMW. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Joe and Brandon were great. Even the financing part of the experience was painless! This was by far the best car buying experience both my husband and I have had. I almost forgot that I also turned in a leased vehicle. I think that is a testament to how smooth the process was for me.
